Innovation and tradition at work to strengthen essential skills, to create and increase Added Value, basically means that Trevi Group Academy:

  • - activates courses and training programs related to our pillars, in close collaboration with the Managers, that are called to pass them on to employees;
     
  • - monitors and records the work progress, informs and constantly updates the Managers and the Recipients, records the feedback, keeps track of what has been done;
     
  • - constantly updates key contents, flexibly making them available to Trevi Group employees;
     
  • - collects and intercepts in collaboration with Managers new strategic competence areas to preside.
